The Cost of ABYSA Academy


All players pay $345 per season (additional uniform expense for first season) in ABYSA Academy Fees. These fees are paid directly to ABYSA and cover all expenses other than travel expenses incurred by the family.


Uniform Expenses
(additional expense for first season ONLY)

  • Uniform – 2 jerseys, 1 short, 1 pair socks $81.00

 

NEW Payment Schedule for 2012 – 2013 Seasons:

Fall Season (or First Season*):

  • $50 Deposit due at tryouts
  • Due at acceptance – $295 full balance plus $81 uniform ($376)
  • OR Three payment option:

    • $100 Due at acceptance. If you owe for uniform ($81) it must also be paid at this time
    • $100 Due August 15th
    • $  95 Due September 15th 

 

Spring Season:

  • $345 Due in November 
  • OR Three payment option:

    • $125 Due November 15th
    • $120 Due January 15th
    • $100 Due February 15th

 

 *NOTE: If a player joins for the Spring Season only, the payment breakdown is the same as the Fall Season but the months due follow the Spring Season schedule. For more information email Nancy McCord at nancy@abysa.org

ABYSA makes every effort to contain the cost of this program through tournament hosting, fundraising, and the use of a growing volunteer base. It is the philosophy of ABYSA that cost should not be a deterrent for any qualified player to participate in academy soccer. ABYSA has established 3 programs to mitigate the costs of playing Academy soccer: the Ingles Gift cards, Tournament Program Ad Sales, and G.O.A.L.S.
