CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES:

Fundamentals Camp:

  • Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to first day of camp to receive a full refund minus a $10 administrative fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before first day of camp will receive a 50% refund minus a $10.00 administrative fee.
  • Full refund minus $10.00 fee will be given in the event of a family relocation or medical reason documented by physician if requested 5 days prior to the first date of camp. If made later than 5 days prior to camp then we will issue a 50% refund minus a $10 administrative fee.

 


Recreation Refund Policy:

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the ABYSA office. (Written notice via email is recommended.) The request should be sent to Gary Tittle (ABYSA Recreation administrator) and must include the player’s name and parent name and address to which the refund should be sent.

  • For requests received a minimum of three weeks before the first scheduled game, refunds will be issued in full minus a $10.00 administrative fee.
  • For requests received between three weeks before and the date of the first game will receive a 50% refund minus a 10.00 administrative fee only in the event of a family relocation or medical reason documented by physician.
  • Any refund requests received after the first scheduled game that are not due to a family relocation or medical reason documented by a physician will not be honored.

 


Travel Division Refund Policy:


Academy:

When a player accepts their position into the Academy program the signed Commitment to Play & Financial Contract that is on file in the ABYSA office is activated. The player is then committed to ABYSA for the seasonal year beginning September 1st of the current calendar year and ending August 31st of the following year. By signing this form the player is not only bound to the club, but the family is also making a commitment to meet their financial obligations to the club for the seasonal. Injuries or family relocations will be prorated and handled on a case by case basis.

Challenge:

When a player accepts their position into the Challenge program the signed Commitment to Play & Financial Contract that is on file in the ABYSA office is activated. The player is then committed to ABYSA for the seasonal year beginning September 1st of the current calendar year and ending August 31st of the following year. By signing this form the player is not only bound to the club, but the family is also making a commitment to meet their financial obligations to the club for the seasonal year and will forfeit any fees paid if player resigns from team within 30 days of the beginning of training. Injuries or family relocations will be prorated and handled on a case by case basis.

Classic:

When a player accepts their position into the Classic program the signed Commitment to Play & Financial Contract that is on file in the ABYSA office is activated. The player is then committed to ABYSA for the seasonal year beginning September 1st of the current calendar year and ending August 31st of the following year. By signing this form the player is not only bound to the club, but the family is also making a commitment to meet their financial obligations to the club for the seasonal. Injuries or family relocations will be prorated and handled on a case by case basis.


Check Acceptance Policy:

We will gladly accept your check however we charge a $25 fee for any returned checks.
