The Cost of ABYSA Recreation

The Spring 2016 On-Time Registration deadline is February 5, 2016.  You may register after this date but will be charged a $10.00 late fee.

Recreation Refund Policy

Once a player is registered for ABYSA Recreation Soccer full refunds may be given minus a $10 non-negotiable administrative fee, which reflects the cost incurred to register for youth soccer. The player is eligible for a 50% refund should they elect not to play after the coaches meeting for their age group, but before the first games. Once the season has begun no refunds will be given.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the ABYSA office. (Written notice via email is recommended.) The request should be sent to Gary Tittle (ABYSA Recreation administrator) and must include the player’s name and parent name and address to which the refund should be sent.

  • For requests received a minimum of three weeks before the first scheduled game, refunds will be issued in full minus a $10.00 administrative fee.
  • For requests received between three weeks before and the date of the first game will receive a 50% refund minus a 10.00 administrative fee only in the event of a family relocation or medical reason documented by physician.
  • Any refund requests received after the first scheduled game that are not due to a family relocation or medical reason documented by a physician will not be honored.
