2025 - 2026 Academy Placement Evaluations - May 2025 (Registration Open!)

• HFC Academy 8U-12U Asheville Placement Evaluations take place on May 12th - May 14th
• HFC Academy 8U-12U Hendersonville Placement Evaluations take place on May 20th & 22nd
  
• Players MUST register online using their PlayMetrics account to be placed in the HFC Academy Program.
• There is no fee for the 8U-10U Academy Program
• There is a $25 placement evaluation fee for the Academy 11/12U Program.
• When offered a placement in a program, a deposit will be required to “lock in” that placement upon acceptance. Families that wish to accept a position in the program, but cannot make the full deposit, should contact the ABYSA office.
• Payment plans are available. 

To be eligible to attend Fall 2026 Academy Placement Evaluations, players must have been born between 2018 - 2014 (8U - 12U)

Placement Evaluation Dates: HFC Academy Evaluations - Fall 2025

Asheville - (Buncombe County Sports Park: 50 Apac Drive , Candler, NC 28806)

• 11/12U Boys (Players born in 2015 & 2014):  May 12th - 4:30pm to 5:45pm @ BCSP Field 1 & 2

• 8U/9U Boys (Players born in 2018 & 2017):  May 13th - 4:30pm to 5:45pm @ BCSP Field 1

• 10U Boys (Players born in 2016):  May 13th - 6:15pm to 7:30pm @ BCSP Field 1

• 8U, 9U & 10U Girls (Players born between 2018 - 2016):  May 14th - 4:30pm to 5:45pm @ BCSP Field 8

• 11/12U Girls (Players born in 2015 & 2014):  May 14th - 6:15pm to 7:30pm @ BCSP Field 8

Hendersonville - (Athletics & Activities Center: 708 South Grove Street, Hendersonville, NC 28792)

• 8U - 12U Girls (Players born between 2018 - 2014):  May 20th - 5pm to 6:15pm @ AAC

• 11/12U Boys (Players born in 2015 & 2014): May 22nd - 6:30pm to 7:45pm @ AAC

As mandated by US Soccer, all HFC programs are based off of birth year, not player age or grade level.
